Artist Support Packages

We put together ongoing monthly support packages that will help our clients stay focused on making music while their brand continues to grow. Artists often forget that they are running a business, and these packages help keep that operating efficiently. We have included Content Management, General Marketing, Merchandise Fulfillment, Coaching and Advice to keep things running smooth.

There are 3 tiers of package options to choose from. All packages include troubleshooting and help with apps, social networks, and websites. Support packages do not carry terms, though a discount is applied to quarterly commitments. All packages are service based and do not include any outside costs such as subscriptions, ad buys, 3rd party fees or postage.

PLATINUM ARTIST SUPPORT PACKAGE

  • Editing new content (basic raw video edits, minor photo adjustments, filtering down choice photos and videos).
  • Light graphic design work related to updating social networks and website.
  • Uploading of new content (pictures, videos and text) to social networks and website.
  • Posting of updates on behalf of the brand when requested.
  • Design and Administration of email campaigns (Main update and occasional special updates included) when requested. Includes content meeting to develop main update.
  • Monitoring the web for mentions of your brand and coaching on how to properly respond.
  • Weekly analytics update and analysis on Facebook statistics and website page views.
  • Monthly marketing ideas meeting.
  • Administration of marketing campaigns (does not include 3rd party fees such as ad buys, app setup fees, or subscription fees).
  • Assistance in contacting blogs, press, and radio.
  • Sending of press kits (digital and physical) to any required parties (does not include postage).
  • Maintenance and fulfillment of merchandise website. (required to pay postage but no fulfillment fees).
  • Ongoing coaching on merchandise sales strategy.
  • Graphic Design of all marketing materials in support of up to two (2) tour dates per month.
  • Los Angeles area marketing material distribution for up to two (2) tour dates per month (does not include printing).
  • Wholesale commercial printing, merchandise and disc manufacturing.
  • Ongoing general assistance and advice in running the bands business.


GOLD ARTIST SUPPORT PACKAGE

  • Sending of press kits (digital and physical) to any required parties (does not include postage).
  • Maintenance and fulfillment of merchandise website. (required to pay postage but no fulfillment fees).
